Miskin models do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfill customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. We are able to ship all items except completed models worldwide.
  2. The prices quoted include postage to UK destinations.
  3. Because of the changes in postage costs  our minimum order level for free post is now £5.00. Orders under this amount will incur a post and handling fee of £1.00. 
  4. For export orders please email us for a shipping quotation.
  5. If you are ordering by post please make cheques payable to John Gittins.
  6. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  
  7. If you are not   entirely happy with your purchase from us you may return it, in the same condition you received it, within 28 days for a full refund.
  8. If you do not want to use the secure ordering facility on this website you are welcome to pay by cheque. Cheques should be made payable to John Gittins and sent to Miskin Models, Model House, Bull Ring, Llantrisant, Mid Glamorgan, CF72 8EB.
  9. All orders will be despatched as soon as possible.
  10. If we are not able to despatch your order within two working days we will contact you by email giving an estimated despatch date.
  11. If this date is not acceptable to you we will give you a full refund.    
  12. As we aim to stock only the highest quality items we ourselves have to be prepared to pay high prices for them. We are therefore unable to offer discounts and unable to match prices with discount suppliers and on line auction sites.
  13. All orders will be well packed. If any items are damaged in transit return them to us, together with the packaging and we will offer to refund or replace the damaged items.
  14. Ownership of all items remains with us until they are paid for in full. We will not accept any liability for any losses, consequential or otherwise, howsoever caused.
  15. In order to comply with regulations knives and knife blades cannot be supplied to under 18 year olds.
  16. None of the above will affect or modify your statutory rights.
